Tim combines his skills in data analysis and geographic information systems with an in-depth knowledge of Boston's neighborhoods gained over 15 years with the Fenway CDC, the City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development and the Boston Foundation to provide the Center for Social Policy neighborhood level analysis, with a focus on foreclosures. Tim holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. In addition to his work with the Center, Tim works with a range of clients as an independent research consultant, including his work with the Massachusetts Housing Partnership producing the Foreclosure Monitor.
