This project is currently under development by the Commonwealth Compact team.
The Talent Source will create a network of talented professionals of color at all levels to be tapped for professional opportunities and board seats. The people who are registered on this site will be invited to networking events and seminars as a result of their Commonwealth Compact affiliation.
This database will allow organizations of all kinds to consider the state’s diverse talent pool for new opportunities for leadership and advancement.
The Talent Source will also provide one-stop shopping for those looking for resources in the minority community. These will include social and professional organizations, making the rich and varied Commonwealth workforce available to a wide audience.
